- For an extra fee we provide a building consultancy, restoration and project management service. Which includes arranging builders, architects etc, submitting and getting approval of plans / permissions and updating you regularly on the progress of your house.
- Rentals - should you want to rent out your property we can do this via our website for an agreed fee. We can also arrange property checks, cleaning and maintenance so you never need to worry.
